Hi!

I’m Lucy - an illustrator based in South London with a passion for plates, places, and things.

Things on Plates was born from a love of great food, a desire to celebrate independent brands and vendors, and a drive to bring everyday moments to life through joyful illustrations.

I’m inspired by the character and nostalgia of food packaging, the joy of shared meals, and the visual identity of the places and things we love. Through my work I create familiar and fun artwork that can be enjoyed by anyone. 

Alongside my personal work, I’m open to commissions and creative collaborations. I love working with independent businesses, food brands, and fellow creatives to develop bespoke illustrations that reflect their unique identity whether that’s for packaging, editorial, events, or personal projects.
